Safety is always part of the experiment. We want every Party Lab celebration to be exciting, memorable and, most importantly, safe.
Safety is part of the fun
Our Lab Team takes great care when delivering, setting up and collecting your equipment. We ask that customers and guests follow the guidelines below so everyone can enjoy their Party Lab experience safely.
Getting the lab ready to go.
Our Lab Team will deliver, set up and pack down your hired equipment at the agreed times.
Please ensure:
- A responsible adult (18+) is present for both delivery and collection.
- We have safe and reasonable access to the setup area.
- Parking is available as close as possible to the setup location where practical.
Some venues, long accessways, multiple flights of stairs or difficult access may require additional labour or delivery charges. If this applies, we'll always discuss it with you before your booking.
Give the lab room to work.
The setup area should be clean and ready for our equipment.
The surface must be suitable, flat and reasonably level.
Please remove obstacles and anything that could interfere with setup.
The area must be appropriate for the equipment you've booked.
If your booking is outdoors, you must have an indoor or fully covered backup location available in case weather conditions become unsuitable.
Help us keep the lab beautiful.
Our Lab Team takes great pride in presenting beautiful, high-quality equipment for every celebration.
To help us keep everything looking its best, we kindly ask that you:
- Treat all equipment with care.
- Do not move or rearrange equipment after setup.
- Notify us immediately if anything becomes damaged.
- Return all equipment and accessories together at collection.

To protect our equipment, the following items must not be used on or near our equipment:
Many of these products permanently stain or damage our equipment, even if they are labelled washable.
A safe party is a happy party.
For everyone's safety:
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Children should use equipment appropriate for their age.
- Shoes must be removed before using soft play or inflatables.
- Clean socks are recommended.
- Equipment must not be used during unsafe weather conditions including strong winds or heavy rain.
Everyone plays a part.
While the equipment is on hire, the customer accepts responsibility for its safe use and care.
The Party Lab is fully insured; however, customers remain responsible for supervising all guests and ensuring the equipment is used safely throughout the hire period.
Look after our little lab.
If equipment is returned damaged, missing, excessively dirty or requiring repairs beyond normal wear and tear, repair, replacement or cleaning costs may apply.
Where possible, we will always discuss any issues with you before processing deductions.
