21+ DAYS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING

50% REFUND

Cancellations made 21 days or more before your booking date are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained to cover the costs associated with reserving your date, equipment and booking availability.

 

14–20 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING

30% REFUND

Cancellations made 14–20 days before your booking date are eligible for a 30% refund. The remaining 70% is retained because your date and equipment have been reserved specifically for your booking and may be difficult to rebook at short notice.

 

0–13 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING

NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellations made less than 14 days before your booking date are non-refundable. Your $50 security bond will be refunded, provided no deductions apply under our security bond terms.

 

WANT TO CHANGE YOUR DATE?

Rescheduling may be an option.

If something unexpected comes up, we're happy to look at moving your booking to another available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged with The Party Lab. Any rescheduled booking remains subject to our cancellation policy.
